Below is a list of frequently asked questions, that we hope might help you.

Delivery can be arranged for an extra fee, depending on where you are located in South Africa.

Your items can be sent via the "Paxi" courier service for an  additional R60.00 if you are outside a 5km radius.

Alternatively, if you stay within a 5km radius, the deliver fee will be additional R50.00.

 

 

We cater for all types of orders. If you are interested in purchasing in bulk, please email info@natscustomearrings.co.za

At the moment, we currently only accept cash and EFT payments. We are planning on creating an online payment platform in the future.

Yes, we are fully operational during Covid. However, we still follow strict Covid procedures to ensure the safety of our staff and clients.

Unfortunately, we don't accept any returns on products.

However, we do exchange items if it's unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging. You will however need to provide proof of purchase, as well as return the item within a two week period.
